Policy

Pixel Beauty LLC is a boutique permanent makeup studio specializing in machine techniques in the Seattle metro area. We are open by appointment only and do not accept walk ins. Due to the nature of the service, we kindly ask that you do not have guests present at your appointment. 

Consultations: 

Consultations are part of your service with us and provided same day as your appointment. If you would like to schedule a separate appointment for consultation only, please book accordingly. 

On time arrival: 

Please arrive no later than 10 mins before your appointment and no later than 15 mins. 

Late arrivals past 15 mins will be subjected to 50% of the service fee and canceled service. This fee will not go towards your rescheduled appointment. 

Payment: 

A nonrefundable $50 deposit is required to book and confirm your appointment with us. This will be applied towards your service. Remaining balance will be paid day of service.

Cancellation: 

  • Rescheduling: Please provide us with at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment 
  • No shows will forfeit deposit and will incur 100% of the service charge 
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for deposits or full payment for canceled, missed appointments, allergic reactions to products, or dissatisfaction with service. If you are worried about a potential reaction, you may request a patch test.
